- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give them zero stars I would. My dog who is 14 years old has pain in his legs and can hardly use them. He's been on medication for a long time now. Called in to get a refill and they said we needed to make an appointment. We told them that we are low on money but would make an appointment in a month and asked for the medication to get him by until the appointment and they wouldn't do it. Why does he need an appointment anyway for a chronic problem that they are already aware of and prescribed the medicine in the first place? Because they want to milk their customers for money.
